• No gardens
• Dull factories

Terraced Housing 2:
• Dense with students – 2 bedroom
• Owner occupied
• Renovated
• No garden

Advantages:
• Cheaper to rent
• Close to city
• Public transport

Disadvantages:
• Noise/ air pollution
• No gardens or greenery
• No parking
• Many Residents
• Student or racial tension

Semi-detached Housing:
• Interwar housing
• Medium density housing further away from CBD
• Owner occupied family accommodation – 3 bedrooms
• Garages

Advantages:
• Good environment
• Good neighborhood
• Greenery – good environment

Disadvantages:
• Need to get public transport to CBD

Detached housing:
• Recent Housing built in the last two decades
• Low density housing
• Family accommodation – 3/ 4 bedrooms

• Garage for two cars
• Large Garden

Detached Housing:
• Advantages:
• Relatively permanent
• Close to countryside
• Peaceful and green
